I'm Neda
I am Neda Mohammadi, a research-oriented MRI Data Analyst with a strong passion for uncovering the complexities of the human brain through neuroimaging and artificial intelligence. With extensive experience in structural and functional MRI, DTI, and MRS, I specialize in designing and optimizing preprocessing pipelines, performing advanced analyses, and visualizing brain connectivity using tools such as Python, MATLAB, SPM, FSL, and FreeSurfer. My research interests lie in brain network modeling, cognitive neuroscience, and deep learning applications in medical imaging. Beyond science, I have a deep appreciation for Persian art and culture, and I enjoy expressing creativity through calligraphy in Shekasteh-Nastaʿlīq — a practice that reflects both my precision and aesthetic sensitivity.
